Solace's minimalistic design delivers a modern and slimline appearance that suits most bathroom and ensuites. The powerful fan heat will instantly warm the room, and with a push of a switch can turn the heat to fan breeze for warmer days. It has a compact, low profile design. The Solace has twin heat setting 1000W/2200W fan heating element to create a warm environment. Its powerful 35W long life ball bearing motor extracts up to 240m3/hr to remove moisture and stream. It has an energy saving 12W cool white LED light source. Create a cooling breeze for warmer climates by utilising the fan only option. It has a 100mm diameter side duct outlet with draft stopper and the box includes wall switch, 1.5m flexible ducting and exterior grille.

Availability & Dispatch

Under normal circumstances, orders are processed and dispatched within 1 - 7 business days. Whilst all care is taken to ensure stock levels are correct on the website at the time of purchase, occasionally we may have run out of an item. Shipping

We offer fast shipping to most locations around Australia using Fastway Couriers. Certain regional locations are not available in this service. Freight is calculated at checkout based on your order dimensions. Once your order has been placed and assessed by our staff, we will notify you if there is an issue with sending your order. If for any reason we cannot deliver your order to the supplied address, we will notify you straight away and provide options such as delivery to an alternate address or Parcel Connect agent or a full refund.

Please ensure a physical address, phone number and name of recipient is clearly stated. If you are not available to receive delivery of parcels, Fastway will leave a calling card with instructions. For security reasons, Galaxy Lighting requires the receiver to sign for all goods, however if you wish to have the courier leave items at the site without a signature, an authority to leave form must be filled out. Whilst all care is taken regarding packaging all breakages during transit are covered by the terms and conditions of the courier. Any missing or lost parcels are also the responsibility of the courier. Lost or damaged goods do not constitute a refund from Galaxy Lighting Pty Ltd, nor will we accept a return of same. All goods are inspected for damage or breakages prior to dispatch. Please inspect goods before accepting delivery and signing. Galaxy Cairns Pty Ltd accepts no liability for goods in transit once goods are accepted and signed for.

Please note we cannot send orders to PO boxes. We require a full physical address at checkout.

Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not simply refund if you change your mind or make a wrong selection, unless the goods are faulty or not as described. Goods returned must be in their original packaging with no damage. A refund or exchange is available if the goods are faulty or significantly different from the description. Galaxy Cairns is not responsible for the freight charges incurred from returns. Customers must organise their own shipping to our return address. Once returned, the goods will be inspected and if warranted, a refund, credit or exchange will be processed within 7 – 14 working days. Once installed, warranty on all goods is the responsibility of the supplier/manufacturer.

Warranty Information
