The BrilliantSmart Prism WiFi 10w LED downlight is easily tuneable to any RGB colour & also any white colour temperature from 3000K warm white to 5700K cool white. Control your smart downlight individually or as a group with the BrilliantSmart app available on the Apple Store or Google Play. You can also control your BrilliantSmart devices from anywhere with voice control using Alexa Hubs or Google Home Devices. BrilliantSmart devices work within 30m maximum rangle of any 2.4GHz enabled WiFi routers (please note these devices will currently not pair with 5.0GHz bandwidth). You can also automate your day by setting timers and scheduling your BrilliantSmart devices to turn on or off.

Availability & Dispatch
Under normal circumstances, orders are processed and dispatched within 1 - 7 business days. Whilst all care is taken to ensure stock levels are correct on the website at the time of purchase, occasionally we may have run out of an item. If this is the case we will notify you ASAP and provide options (wait for more stock, swap for another model, cancel order etc).
We offer fast shipping to most locations around Australia using Fastway Couriers. Certain regional locations are not available in this service. Freight is calculated at checkout based on your order dimensions. Once your order has been placed and assessed by our staff, we will notify you if there is an issue with sending your order. If for any reason we cannot deliver your order to the supplied address, we will notify you straight away and provide options such as delivery to an alternate address or Parcel Connect agent or a full refund.
Please ensure a physical address, phone number and name of recipient is clearly stated. If you are not available to receive delivery of parcels, Fastway will leave a calling card with instructions. For security reasons, Galaxy Lighting requires the receiver to sign for all goods, however if you wish to have the courier leave items at the site without a signature, an authority to leave form must be filled out. Whilst all care is taken regarding packaging all breakages during transit are covered by the terms and conditions of the courier. Any missing or lost parcels are also the responsibility of the courier. Lost or damaged goods do not constitute a refund from Galaxy Lighting Pty Ltd, nor will we accept a return of same. All goods are inspected for damage or breakages prior to dispatch. Please inspect goods before accepting delivery and signing. Galaxy Cairns Pty Ltd accepts no liability for goods in transit once goods are accepted and signed for.

Please choose carefully as we do not simply refund if you change your mind or make a wrong selection, unless the goods are faulty or not as described. Goods returned must be in their original packaging with no damage. A refund or exchange is available if the goods are faulty or significantly different from the description. Galaxy Cairns is not responsible for the freight charges incurred from returns. Customers must organise their own shipping to our return address. Once returned, the goods will be inspected and if warranted, a refund, credit or exchange will be processed within 7 – 14 working days. Once installed, warranty on all goods is the responsibility of the supplier/manufacturer.
